Fourth of July Party, Festive but Inexpensive
You can usually find paper table clothes in the red, white and blue theme at a reasonable price. Maybe start with a blue table cloth, adding white napkins and red plates to make a festive table setting. You could also do blue plastic wear on the white napkins and cups in red to add a nice touch.
