1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Grease and flour a jelly roll pan.
3. Combine all ingredients, mix well, then transfer to prepared pan.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
5. Let cool slightly then cut into bars.
6. Optional: sprinkle powdered sugar on top just before you cut them, or even a few crushed peanuts or pecans.

When I get a last minute call for a potluck or school event, this is the recipe I turn to! It doesn't get much easier than this. Depending on the event, I may fancy them up a bit with added powdered sugar topping or a few crushed nuts, or both.
