3 Veggie and Swiss Cheese Casserole |
Ingredients

* 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
* 1 can (17 oz) cream style corn
* 1 can cream of celery soup
* 1 package (10 oz) whole kernal corn, thawed and drained
* 1 package (10 oz) frozen cauliflower, thawed and drained
* 1 package (10 oz) frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
* 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
* 2 tablespoons butter, melted
* 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In large bowl, combine cheese, cream style corn, and soup. Gently add whole kernel corn, cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms. Place in baking dish.
3. Mix butter with bread crumbs then distribute over casserole. Bake for 30-35 minutes, not covered.

A hot, bubbly vegetable casserole made with Swiss cheese is perfect for a cold, winter dinnertime. I sometimes even make this for a weekend lunch for the family. It's so satisfying that you really don't need anything else to go with it. Maybe just a big, tall glass of milk and a crust of homemade bread or a crescent roll. Yummy!
