1. cut carrots in 3mm sections
2. cut bell pepper into 4mm sections
3. cut lemon into slices
4. put in sizzling pan at temp. of 5 and let sit for 5 minutes (squeeze lemon over it all until all gone.)
5. put the following on top after putting temp. to 3, sprinkle basil, salt, and ground pepper.
let sit for 4 minutes then eat!!
