Anchovy Dip


* 1 cup sour cream
* 1/2 cup stuffed green olives, finely chopped
* 1 1/2 tablespoons anchovy paste
* 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
* good crackers


1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Serve with really good crackers.
