Apple, Shallot and Herb Chicken |
Ingredients

*1 lb chicken tenders
*2 tablespoons butter
*1 peeled, cored and sliced Granny Smith apple
*2 large peeled and sliced shallots
*1 tablespoon diced thyme

Directions

1. Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper
2. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet
3. Add chicken
4. Add the apple and shallots
5. Cook and stir for about 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through
6. Check the apple for tenderness
7. Sprinkle with 1 tsp dried thyme
