Apple Kielbasa Appetizer - Crock Pot

* 2 lbs smoked kielbasa, sliced into 1/2" chunks
* 1 jar (18 oz) apple jelly
* 1 container (9 oz) prepared mustard

1. Combine mustard with jelly in crock pot then add keilbasa and mix to coat.
2. Cook on low, covered, for 2-3 hours; stir a few times.

This is the dish at the pot luck that everyone gathers around. The aroma is so wonderful... spicy, sweet, salty... all the best things in food Heaven! Of course, you may not be able to get the finished product out of the house once your family walks in and smells what's cooking! At least have some crackers on hand so they can sneak a few pieces of kielbasa out before you take it away.
