Apple-licious Easy Turkey Wraps

(Apple-licious Easy Turkey Wraps)


* 1 whole wheat tortilla, low carb if desired
* 3 TBLSP apple butter
* 2 slices turkey breast deli meat (or leftover turkey or chicken breast, sliced)
* 1/3 apple, washed and sliced thin
* 1 thin slice provolone cheese, low carb if desired
* 1/2 C lettuce, shredded
* 1 thin slice of onion (or chopped green onion)


1. Lay the tortilla flat and spread the apple butter over the entire tortilla.
2. Place the slices of turkey on top of the apple butter.
3. Layer the apple slices on top of the turkey slices.
4. Lay the slice of cheese on top of the apples.
5. Finish with the lettuce and onion slice.
6. Roll the tortilla up around the ingredients.
7. Slice and serve.


It's hard to make this low carb, what with the apple and apple butter. But you can reduce the carbs somewhat if you desire by using a low carb tortilla. You can usually find a low carb provolone cheese as well. Experiment a little!
