Story

If you love delicious breakfast sausage patties, but hate all the fat, calories, and additives in the prepackaged kind, this is the recipe for you! The patties turn out moist, spicy, and sweet, and with a great texture, and all without the things you don't want.
Just remember that not all ground turkey is created equal. Always be sure to read the label when purchasing your ground turkey especially if you’re watching your fat intake. A one pound package of regular ground turkey can have up to 68 grams of fat but a one pound package of extra lean ground turkey can have only 4 grams of fat.
