1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine milk, flour, sugar, butter, salt and baking powder and mix until well blended.
3. Add apricots and walnuts and mix.
4. Pour mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
We were the lucky recipients of a couple bags of dried apricots, but after eating a bag full, got tired of just snacking on them. This bread was a great way to use them up. Yes, and you guessed it, toasted and spread a bit of apricot preserves on top... yummy!
