Apricot Sausage Appetizer - Crock Pot |
Ingredients

* 1 jar (16 oz) apricot preserves
* 1/3 cup yellow mustard
* 6 scallions, chopped
* 2 lbs precooked mini smoked sausages (can substitute sausage of choice cut into about 2" size chunks)

Directions

1. Stir together the apricot preserves and mustard in crock pot. Add scallions and sausages.
2. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours, until hot and bubbly.
