* 14 oz jar artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
* 1 c mayonnaise
* 1 package dry Italian dressing mix
* 1/2 t minced dried onion
1. Combine all ingredients in an airtight container and refrigerate until chilled.
2. Serve with crackers or chips.
