* 2 lbs beef stew meat
* 1 green bell pepper, chopped
* 1 red bell pepper, chopped
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 1 c water
* 1/4 c soy sauce
* 1 T Worcestershire sauce
* 1/2 t ground ginger
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot and mix.
2. Cook for 7-8 hours on low.
3. Serve over rice.
Story
The crockpot really makes this classic Asian Beef dish tender and good. You can go ahead and use a less expensive cut of meat (like packaged beef stew meat at the grocery store) because the slow cooking makes it turn out just right.
