* 2 tablespoons soy sauce * 1 tablespoon honey * 1 garlic clove, minced * 1 1/2 teaspoons grated ginger root * 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar * 1 lb cod, cut into 4 pieces
1. Combine all ingredients (except cod) in a 1 gallon ziploc bag. 2. Add cod, zip bag and coat cod. 3. Marinate in refrigerator for 1/2 hour to hour. 4. Preheat oven to 425. 5. Put cod in baking pan. 6. Bake for 15 minutes.
