1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Rinse and drain a can of garbanzo beans.
3. Let drain in the collander for a minute.
4. Add garbanzo beans to a baking dish.
5. Add some good olive oil (or canola oil).
6. Toss in a bit of spices if you like.
7. Bake until the garbanzo beans are a bit crunchy.
These are wonderful as a replacement for croutons if you are on a low-carb diet.
