Story

If your family orders potato wedges covered in cheese when you're at a restaurant, you're only getting part of the treat. These homemade baked potato wedges are the real deal! It's a quick treat that you can adjust to your family's liking. We'll add two different cheeses, or sprinkle on some red pepper flakes, or omit the onion if the little ones are sharing. Whatever you want to do to top off your potato wedges is all in your hands. Enjoy!
