Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients

* 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into * 1/8 inch thick slices
* 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
* 1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1-1/2 teaspoon non/lowfat margarine, melted
* 1 tablespoon pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Layer potatoes in a baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray (nonfat).
3. Add any remaining liquid from bowl and cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
