Beef Roast with Coke in Bean Pot |

Ingredients
|
* 2-3 lb beef roast
* 1 can of Coke(do not use diet coke)
* 1 can of cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup.

Directions
|
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Place roast in bean pot or roasting pan.
3. Add 1 can of Coke to the roast.
4. Pour one can of cream of mushroom soup over the roast.
Place ingredients in the bean pot or pan in this precise order- do not deviate from it.
5. Bake 2 - 3.5 hours or until done.
The secret to this recipe is the can of coke, it tenderizes the roast & leaves no after taste.
