1. Place the meat in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Cook until completely browned through.
3. Crumble with a fork.
4. Drain well.
5. Place the brown meat back into the skillet.
6. Stir in the onions and cook 5 minutes.
7. Pour in the beans and stir.
8. Add the ketchup and stir until completely combined.
9. Continue cooking 15 minutes or until heated through.
