* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 large onion, chopped
* 2 cans (15 oz each) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
* 1 cup ketchup
* 1 tablespoon chili powder
* 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* pinch of cayenne pepper
* 1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced black olives, drained
*1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
* Tortilla chips

1. Brown the beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat. Put in crock pot.
2. Mash 1 can of the beans with a fork then put in crock pot. Add other can of beans and ketchup, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne and olives. Mix well.
3. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
4. Stir in 1 cup of the cheese and sprinkle the other 1/2 cup on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
