1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Mix together beans and chiles in medium bowl.
3. Spread 3 tablespoons of the beans onto each tostada.
4. Put tostadas on a cookie sheet and bake 7 minutes or until hot.
5. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat. Drain fat. Add 1 1/2 cup salsa. Cook an additional 4-5 minutes or until heated through.
6. Top each tostada with ground beef, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and the rest of the salsa.
