Beef & Sauerkraut Goulash - Crock Pot |
Ingredients

* 2 medium onions, cut in small wedges
* 1 1/2 lbs boneless beef round steak, cut into 1" cubes
* 4 teaspoons sweet paprika
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 3 tablespoons ketchup
* 2 tablespoons water
* 3/4 lb small red potatoes, scrubbed & coarsely shredded
* 1 can (14 1/2 oz) sauerkraut, drained
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1 teaspoon caraway seeds

Directions

1. Put onions, beef, paprika, pepper, ketchup, water and potatoes in crock pot and stir together gently. Put sauerkraut on top.
2. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.
3. Turn off heat and gently stir contents of crock pot. When thoroughly mixed add sour cream and caraway seeds. Stir through until blended.
