1. Put ribs in a large saucepan. Then add water, potatoes, onions, carrots, celery and salt. Bring to a boil. Bring heat down to simmer, cover and cook for 2 hours.
2. Take out meat and bones. Cut meat up and put back in saucepan. Throw bones away.
3. Add corn and green beans. Cover and simmer for another 1/2 hour.
