Beef Roast #2 - Crock Pot
(Beef Roast in a Crock Pot)
Ingredients
* 3-4 lb beef rump roast or pot roast
* 3 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
* 2 large carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
* 1 large onion, sliced
* salt and pepper
* 1/2 cup beef broth or water
Directions
1. Layer vegetables in crock pot.
2. Season meat with salt and pepper.
3. Put meat on top of vegetables in crock pot.
4. Pour beef broth or water over meat.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours.
