Beef Stew Like Grandma's - Crock Pot |

Ingredients
|
* 1 lb cubed beef stew meat
* 1/4 cup flour
* 1 tablespoon paprika
* salt and pepper - to taste
* 1 1/2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
* 1 onion, chopped
* 3 carrots, sliced
* 2 celery ribs, sliced
* 2 potatoes, cubed
* 1/2 lb mushrooms, quartered
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 bay leaf
* 1 1/2 cups beef broth
* 1/2 cup frozen peas

Directions

1. Combine the flour with the paprika, salt and pepper. Coat the beef with this mixture then put in the crock pot.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the peas and stir well.
3. Cook, covered, on low for 6 - 7 hours.
4. Stir in the peas 1/2 hour prior to serving.
