Beefy Baked Rice Parmesan


* 4 tablespoons butter, melted
* 1 cup rice, uncooked
* 2 (10 oz each) cans beef broth
* 1/4 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese


1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Place butter in baking dish, then add the rice. Pour beef broth on top and top with Parmesan cheese. Do not stir.
3. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.


One trick to making any rice more flavorful is to cook it in broth. This easy rice dish is full of flavor and cooking it in the oven is a great way to free up your stove top. It's also a nice way to relax and not worry about whether your burner is turned too high and if you're going to cook the rice too long. Just cover and forget!
