Berry Banana Smoothie


* 4 oz fresh blueberries
* 2 large ripe bananas
* 2 cups crushed ice
* 2 Tbsp honey or sugar
* 3/4 cup milk


1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend on frappe until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.


We make a lot of smoothies in our house. This one is very pretty and festive. We add the ice to this particular smoothie because it results in a very frothy drink. We like this one more as a cool drink rather than a breakfast drink. You can actually substitute water for the milk if you just want a refreshing drink on a hot day and have already had your daily milk allowance.
