Best Cheese |
Ingredients
|
* Zwieback baby biscuits
* butter or margarine
* 3 softened packages of large cream cheese
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 4 whole eggs
* 1 tsp of vanilla
* 2 cups of sour cream

Directions

1. Grease a springform pan with butter or margarine. Crumble Zwieback baby biscuits and place them at the bottom of the springform pan.
2. Using a mixer combine 3 softened packages of cream cheese with a 1/2 cup of sugar. Then one at a time mix in 4 whole eggs... don't over beat the mixture. Finally add 1tsp of vanilla to mixture. Pour it on top of the crumbs in the pan.
3. Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. If it starts to brown in a little less time then go to the next step... stir 2 cups of sour cream in a bowl and gently pour over the cake and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool immediately.
Tastes its best when chilled for several hours or overnight. Can serve with strawberries or cherries. For an added touch can drizzle with chocolate.
