1. Using your blender, blend together bananas, cottage cheese and yogurt.
2. Add eggs, lemon juice, honey, flour and vanilla.
3. Blend on high until very smooth.
4. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
5. Coat a glass 9 in pie plate with canola spray.
6. Pour mixture into prepared pie plate.
7. Bake on middle rack for 30 minutes.
8. Cool pie to room temperature.
9. Place pie in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
10. Garnish with bananas.
