Blue Yogurt Pops


*4 cups of fresh blueberries
*1/3 cup sugar
*1 cup plain yogurt


1. Crush the blueberries well with a potato masher.
2. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
3. Add the yogurt and stir until blended in completely.
4. Pour into 8 Popsicle molds and freeze until solid.


This is a great alternative to plain sugar and flavoring Popsicles. You can serve your kids a healthy snack and all they'll know is they love it! It's sweet enough with only a small amount of sugar, so you'll be pleased, too. Oh, yes... don't forget to save a few for the grownups.
