Blueberry Yogurt and Pear Popsicles


* 1 C blueberry yogurt
* 1 pear, peeled and diced


1. Place the yogurt and pears in the blender.
2. Cover and puree until the mixture is smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture to 5 oz. cups.
4. Insert a wooden Popsicle stick into the middle of each cup.
5. Freeze for 3 hours or until frozen solid.


This popsicle is quite simple, but really satisfies! The mixture of blueberry yogurt, nice and tangy, with the pear, nice and sweet, makes for a very yummy combination. Refreshing and good for you! Make lots of them because they'll disappear fast!
