Brewed Chicken Casserole |
Ingredients

* 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
* 5 tablespoons flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon pepper
* oil for frying
* 2 cans cream of chicken soup
* 3 teaspoons soy sauce
* 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
* 6 tablespoons slivered almonds, divided
* 1 (12 oz) can beer

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Toss chicken pieces in flour, salt and pepper.
3. Brown chicken in large skillet in hot oil. Place chicken pieces in casserole dish.
4. In a large bowl, combine soup with soy sauce, mushrooms, 3 tablespoons almonds and beer. Pour over chicken.
5. Bake for 60 minutes.
6. Top with remaining 3 tablespoons of almonds and serve.
