Story

Flank steak is a great meat to marinade. It gets nice and tender especially when marinading in acidic ingredients, like wine. Using a very flavorful marinade brings out the flavor of the meat, too. After slicing the flank steak, serve on top or alongside a big mixed green salad with a good balsamic vinagrette dressing.
