Cheddar Cheese Nibbles |
Ingredients

* 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese, shredded
* 16 TBSP butter, room temperature
* 1/2 C granulated sugar substitute
* 3 C of soy flour

Directions

1. Place the cheese and butter into a mixing bowl.
2. Using your hands mix together until well combined.
3. Add the sugar substitute and flour to the bowl and mix until a soft dough forms.
4. Roll the dough into a thin roll.
5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill 2 hours or until firm.
6. Set the oven temperature to 375 degrees and allow the oven to preheat.
7. Slice the roll into thin pieces.
8. Place the pieces onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
9. Bake 8 minutes or until crispy.
