Cheese & Peas Ravioli |
Ingredients

*1 (9 oz.) pkg. cheese ravioli
*1 C frozen peas
*2 TBSP flour
*1/8 tsp pepper
*1 C half and half
*1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
*2 TBSP Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions
|
1.Cook the ravioli according to the package directions adding the peas during the last minute.
2.Stir the flour and pepper together in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in the half and half.
3.Heat 5 minutes stirring constantly then stir in the tomatoes with their juice.
4.Pour the sauce over the ravioli and peas and top with the cheese.

This is one of those easy recipes that tastes like it took some real effort. It's a great meal for kids since they're bound to like ravioli already, and the added peas and cheese just makes it all the better!
