Sure to Please Chicken & Cheese Casserole

* 6 oz package ziti, cooked and drained
* 1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
* 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
* 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (divided in half cups)
* 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Lightly coat baking dish with non-stick spray.
3. Add the ziti, spaghetti sauce, chicken and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella together in baking dish and mix together thoroughly.
3. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
4. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until very lightly browned.


With kids, you can't miss with cheese and noodles. Don't even try to add a vegetable to this one because it's a hit just the way it is. Wait... isn't spaghetti sauce considered a vegetable? It's got tomatoes in it. Be sure to use a good quality spaghetti sauce to avoid some of the sugar. And you can use low-fat cheeses as they don't put additional sugar in the cheese when they make it low-fat (unlike salad dressings.)
