Cheesy Chicken Veggie Skillet over Noodles


* 1 (16 oz size) bag frozen stir fry vegetables, thawed
* 1 (10 oz size) can of cheddar cheese soup
* 3/4 C of milk
* 1/2 tsp thyme
* 1 dash hot pepper sauce
* 2 C of cooked chicken, cubed
* hot cooked spaghetti noodles to serve


1. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, stir together the cheese soup, milk, thyme, and pepper sauce, cooking for 1 minute.
2. Stir in the chicken and thawed vegetables and continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through.
3. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti noodles.


Meals that come together in a skillet are perfect for busy families. This quick meal is also a real kid pleaser. Cover vegetables in cheese, serve over noodles, and kids can't resist. Change the frozen vegetables up a bit to please picky eaters. Any combination will work and be very tasty.

This is also a good dish to use up leftovers. The next time you have leftover chicken or even spaghetti noodles, think about this skillet dish for the next night.
