Story
|
This is definitely one for the ladies! There are all sorts of dips and cheese balls that are spicy and go well with a bucket of beer, but this cheese ball is sweet, smooth, and with a touch of crunch courtesy of the almonds. Ladies, put in your favorite movie, grab the wine, and dig in!
You can use any kind of almonds that you want, even smoked roasted. The smoky flavor may appeal to some who like the sweetness to be counteracted a little, and since you're using Muenster cheese, you already have a little smoky flavor going on. Experiment a little... it's just another excuse for the ladies to get together!
