Cherry Tomato and Broccoli Lunch

Ingredients

* 1 broccoli bunch
* 12 cherry tomatoes
* 3 TBSP minced parsley
* 2 TBSP chopped chives
* Salt to taste

Directions

1. Wash and cut broccoli.
2. Slice tomatoes into quarters.
3. Place cut up broccoli in a take along bowl.
4. Add cherry tomatoes.
5. Sprinkle parsley, chives and salt on top of tomatoes.
6. Do NOT mix ingredients.
7. Cover bowl and chill until you're ready to serve.
8. Remove lid from container and mix ingredients together.
9. Microwave for 6-8 minutes until broccoli is as tender as you like.
10. Serve
