Rachael Ray's 30-Minute Healthy Recipes
*1/4 cup Dijon mustard
*2 tablespoons honey
*1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
*1/4-teaspoon garlic powder
*1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
*8 Slices of smoked turkey breast/ham or turkey from the Delicatessen
*4 Wheat Buns
*4 slices tomato
*4 leaves Romaine lettuce
1. Combine mustard, honey, oregano, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper .
2. Mix well.
3. Brush honey mustard sauce on chicken slices.
4. Place lettuce & tomato on bun.
5. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato.
This meal can be prepared in advance. Place the chicken in a plastic bowl for heating up in the microwave at the office.
