Chicken Goulash - Crock Pot

Ingredients

* 6 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
* 1 box (2.4 oz) beef goulash seasoning mix
* 1 can cream of celery soup
* 1 cup water

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in crock pot and mix well.
2. Cook, covered, on low for 7-9 hours.

Story

When chicken breasts are on sale, I always run the risk of boring my family with chicken dinners every night. I don't like to keep too many in the freezer, so we'll have chicken quite often during the week. When I discovered packaged seasonings could be used for something other than what they are sold as, it was a great day in my family's opinion. Now, I serve chicken as often as I like, but it's so well flavored and disguised that everyone loves the chicken "imposter" dishes.
