Chicken Marinara - Crock Pot |
Ingredients

* 1 1/2 - 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves
* 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce, or your favorite marinara sauce
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 cans (4 oz each) sliced mushrooms, drained
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* hot cooked spaghetti noodles

Directions

1. Brown chicken in hot oil, then place in crock pot. Stir together all other ingredients, except spaghetti noodles, then pour into crock pot.
2. Cook, covered, on low for about 6 hours.
3. Serve with hot noodles.
