1. Cut up pork into cubes
2. Place flour, salt, pepper & garlic in plastic bag.
3. Add pork, a little at a time, to plastic bag and shake to coat.
4. Heat
oil in frying pan and brown pork on all sides.
5. Place pork in crock pot
with onion and chili sauce.
6. Cook on low all day.
7. Serve with warm
tortillas and spanish rice.
* May serve sour cream as a topping.
