Chipotle Mayo


* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 2 chipotle chiles, diced


1. In a bowl, put the 3 ingredients and stir until blended well.
2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.


Use this spicy mayo on sandwiches that can stand the heat.

You can use dried chipotle chiles (just soak them in water so you can cut them up) or canned chipotle chiles. You may want to start by adding only 1, mixing, tasting, then add the other one if want more "heat."
