Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients

* 1/4 cup non/lowfat margarine
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 2 bananas, mashed
* 2 egg whites or 2 tablespoons egg substitute
* 1-3/4 cups flour
* 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 cup non/lowfat vanilla yogurt
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Coat loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray (nonfat), sprinkle with flour.
Set aside.
2. Using an electric mixer, beat margarine and sugar.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. When smooth, pour batter into pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F in center of oven for 50-60 minutes.
6. Let stand 5 minutes, remove from pan and finish cooling on wire rack.
