Story
|
Once you make your own bleu cheese dressing, you will be disappointed every time you try a bottled dressing. The secret is using really good bleu cheese (blue cheese) and not being shy with the Worcestershire sauce. Bleu cheese needs a rather intense base to carry its uniquely sharp flavor. If you don't have both, the dressing will not have balance. This recipe is a great classic balance of tanginess and sharpness. You'll never go back to bottled again!
