Coffee Banana Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

2 Servings

* 2 bananas (frozen)
* 1 and 1/2 cups vanilla soy milk
* 1 8-ounce cup of coffee yogurt
* 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
* Dash ground nutmeg
* 2 or 3 ice cubes

Directions

Cut bananas into chunks. Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.
