Cream Cheese Celery Nibbles |
Ingredients

* 1 cup finely chopped celery
* 3 oz cream cheese, softened
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* dried parsley to coat

Directions
|
1. Put the first four ingredients in a bowl and mix together well.
2. Form into 10-12 bite sized balls.
3. Roll in the parsley to coat each ball.
4. Put on tray, cover lightly with plastic or wax paper and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving so flavors blend and cream cheese stiffens again.
5. Serve alongside good crackers.

You might want to flatten the bottom of these just a tad so they can sit on top of a cracker for eating. If you like cream cheese stuffed celery, you will love these appetizers.
