1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Steam broccoli until tender but not mushy.
Combine (gently) the cream of mushroom soup, peas, 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese and the broccoli.
3. Put mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top, then top with the bread cubes.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, bread should be browned and cheese melted.
