Creamy Egg Noodle Parmesan |
Ingredients

* 16 oz package wide egg noodles, cooked, drained
* 1/2 c sour cream
* 1/2 c fresh grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/2 c butter, melted
* 2 T fresh parsley, chopped
* salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. While noodles are still hot, right after draining, add all ingredients.
2. Mix thoroughly and serve immediately as a side dish or a nice lunch.

Story
|
This is the old standard "buttered noodles" in our house. It's taken up a notch with the sour cream. Also, you can use the dried grated Parmesan (the stuff in the canister) but I highly recommend the fresh grated kind, the stuff you find in the cheese section of the dairy case. Much creamier!
